Employer outcomes for training providers

Turn workplace training into an asset the employer keeps.

TIQ+ helps training providers turn real workplace learning into manager-approved role knowledge, workflow maps, AI controls and automation opportunities.

Learners still complete the programme and produce the required evidence. The difference is that the employer also receives structured operating knowledge it can use after the training ends.

Your curriculum stays yours. Start with one programme.

The missing output

Training should leave more behind than completion evidence.

Most workplace programmes produce valuable learner development, assignments and completion records. But much of the knowledge uncovered during the programme is difficult for managers to review, reuse and retain.

TIQ+ adds an employer-output layer. Learners capture how work actually happens. Managers review it, and approved knowledge becomes a reusable organisational resource.

How it works

From learning activity to approved operating knowledge.

TIQ+ structures the workplace outputs created through your programme without taking ownership of your curriculum.

01

Learn

The learner completes your existing programme content, workshops and workplace activities.

02

Apply

The learner applies the training to a genuine role, workflow, control or business opportunity.

03

Capture

TIQ+ guides the learner to document the result in a consistent, structured format.

04

Validate

A manager reviews the submission, requests changes where necessary and approves the final version.

05

Reuse

The employer retains the approved output for onboarding, improvement, governance and future AI adoption.

Your curriculum remains yours. TIQ+ structures the workplace outputs created through it.

What learners produce

Useful outputs, shaped by the programme.

The capture templates can follow your intended outcomes, workplace activities and assessment model.

Role playbooks

Responsibilities, recurring activities, required skills, systems used and important dependencies.

Workflow maps

Triggers, inputs, steps, decisions, handoffs, exceptions, approvals and outputs.

AI-use controls

Where AI is allowed, what cannot be entered, when human review is required and who is accountable.

Quality examples

Manager-approved examples of good work, with the standards and checks that make them acceptable.

Automation opportunities

Repeated tasks that could be assisted or automated, including value, risk and required oversight.

Learning evidence

The workplace output connected to programme activities, assessment requirements and employer review.

For the training provider

A stronger employer proposition.

  • Differentiate the programme

Offer practical organisational assets alongside learner development and completion evidence.

  • Deepen employer engagement

Give managers a defined role in reviewing and approving real workplace outputs.

  • Make projects meaningful

Connect learning activities to genuine operating needs rather than generic assignments.

  • Deliver consistently

Use repeatable templates for roles, workflows, controls, examples and opportunities.

  • Make outcomes visible

Show what the cohort created, approved and improved—not only what it completed.

For the employer

An approved asset library.

  • Role and responsibility playbooks

Clear ownership, recurring activities and knowledge dependencies.

  • Documented workflows

How operational work actually moves, including decisions and handoffs.

  • AI and data guardrails

Approved controls, human checks and information-handling boundaries.

  • Quality examples and risks

Accepted examples, process risks and critical knowledge dependencies.

  • Prioritised opportunities

Automation candidates with expected benefit, risk and oversight.

These assets can support onboarding, succession planning, standardisation, compliance, process improvement and responsible AI adoption.

Designed to complement delivery

Keep the programme you already run.

TIQ+ does not require you to abandon your curriculum or redesign your entire programme. It can be an employer-output layer, a structured workplace-project environment, a learner and manager validation workflow, an evidence and reporting layer—or a complete delivery platform where required.

Low-risk pilot

Pilot TIQ+ with one cohort.

We are working with a small number of UK training providers to test the employer-output model within an existing programme.

  • One selected programme
  • One learner cohort
  • Curriculum-aligned templates
  • Learner, tutor and employer flows
  • Manager review and approval
  • Tutor onboarding
  • Cohort reporting
  • End-of-pilot evaluation

You stay in control. Your programme, delivery model and employer relationships remain yours.

Frequently asked questions

Start small. Keep control.

The employer-output workflow can be introduced without a wholesale platform migration.

Does TIQ+ replace our existing curriculum?

No. TIQ+ can sit alongside an existing programme and structure the workplace activities and employer outputs it produces.

Does it replace our current learning platform?

Not necessarily. You can begin with the employer-output workflow for one programme. Broader platform use can be considered separately.

Who owns the employer's content?

The employer retains ownership of its organisation-specific roles, workflows, controls and operating knowledge, subject to the agreed contract and data-processing terms.

Does every learner submission automatically become official company guidance?

No. Submissions can remain in draft until they have been reviewed and approved by an authorised manager.

Can the templates be adapted to our curriculum?

Yes. The capture activities and output templates can be aligned with the programme's intended outcomes and workplace projects.

Is this only for AI courses?

No. The approach can be used wherever training asks learners to apply knowledge to genuine workplace roles, processes, controls or improvement opportunities.

Can TIQ+ support apprenticeship evidence?

TIQ+ includes learner, tutor, employer and administrator workflows for training delivery and evidence management. The exact configuration depends on the programme and provider requirements.
